Although Peter's Ultimate Alarm Clock is programmed with the utmost care, it cannot be guaranteed that the program doesn't contain errors. I cannot be held responsible for errors that will cause damage of any kind or for errors that will cause alarms to malfunction. By registering you agree that you accept the functionality of the program as is. The program may in no case be used for any form of process control or for any other purpose where the malfunctioning of the program may cause considerable damage.

You may not reverse engineer the program or in any way alter it. You may not generate, distribute or publish registration codes for the program and you may not use registration codes that you didn't receive from me. I reserve the right to put you on a list of violators of this rule, in which case you will not receive registration codes for future versions.

I am not responsible for what the company which handles the payment process (digitalcandle) does with the data you enter at their website. I refer you to their privacy policy for more information. The data they send to me after registration will not be given or sold to third parties. The program doesn't collect your data or sends any personal information over the Internet (i.e. it doesn't contain spy-ware).
